Terms of Service

The rules for using ImagEditorAI, including accounts, image rights, credits, subscriptions, and cancellations.

Last updated: 2026-08-29

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ImagEditorAI and its website, image editor, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. What the Service Does

ImagEditorAI lets you upload images, describe edits, select available models and settings, and receive AI-generated results. Guests can use eligible unrestricted models at 1K. Free accounts can use additional sign-in models at 1K and save creations. Active paid subscriptions unlock Pro models and higher-resolution output supported by the selected model.

AI generation depends on third-party providers and may be delayed, unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We may update the Service, models, credit costs, limits, and free features. We will not retroactively reduce credits you have already purchased, except where needed to correct fraud, duplicate grants, chargebacks, or errors.

3. Accounts and Guest Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in method, and activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses account or concurrency limits. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Guest access uses a browser cookie and limited anti-abuse signals. Eligible guests receive a daily free-credit allocation as described in Section 7. Free credits and guest access are promotional, have no cash value, and may be limited, changed, or discontinued. Attempting to obtain duplicate or repeated free-credit eligibility by clearing cookies, changing identifiers, or evading controls is prohibited.

4. Your Images, Prompts, and Results

You retain any ownership rights you already have in images and prompts you submit. You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload and process that content, including rights relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and a person’s likeness.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and operate the Service. This includes sending inputs to third-party AI providers and storing results for your account. Our Privacy Policy explains the data flow, retention, and deletion process.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes. AI results may not be unique, and another user may receive a similar result. We do not transfer or guarantee exclusive intellectual-property rights in any result.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • create, upload, or distribute unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that facilitates exploitation or abuse;
  • violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
  • impersonate a person, commit fraud, deceive others about material facts, or create harmful political or identity-based deception;
  • harass, threaten, promote hatred, facilitate violence, or expose private personal information;
  • create malicious code, evade safety controls, probe systems, interfere with the Service, or gain unauthorized access;
  • bypass credits, subscriptions, rate limits, model restrictions, or concurrency limits;
  • scrape, resell, or systematically extract the Service or use its outputs to reproduce a competing service; or
  • use an output without reviewing whether it is lawful, accurate, and appropriate for your intended context.

We may reject content, limit activity, remove share links, or suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated or the Service, users, or third parties are at risk.

6. AI Results and No Accuracy Guarantee

AI output is inherently uncertain. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, biased, visually flawed, or inconsistent with your prompt. The Service does not guarantee that a result is original, non-infringing, factually accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by any platform, employer, regulator, or commercial partner.

You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or relying on them, disclosing AI use where required, and obtaining any necessary professional review or rights clearance.

7. Credits

Credits are limited, non-transferable usage units for the Service. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not earn interest. The credit cost of an edit depends on the selected model and output settings and is shown before submission.

At the start of each UTC day, an eligible guest's daily free-credit allocation refreshes to 9 credits and a signed-in account's allocation refreshes to 15 credits. Unused daily free credits do not accumulate: the previous daily allocation is replaced, regardless of its remaining amount. This refresh does not reduce separately purchased credit-pack credits or subscription credits.

Free-credit amounts and eligibility may be changed or discontinued. Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Credit-pack credits do not expire while the account and Service remain available. Credits closest to expiration are used first.

When a generation task fails for a confirmed technical reason, the credits deducted for that task are normally returned automatically. Generation tasks cannot be canceled after submission. A completed task is chargeable even if you dislike the artistic result, because AI output is subjective and uncertain.

8. Prices, Payment, and Automatic Renewal

Prices, currency, credit amounts, and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and their payment terms may also apply.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same interval until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method on file at each renewal. If payment fails, access may be limited or suspended.

You can cancel through the billing controls in your account or the available support channel. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. It does not end access immediately: unless an annual refund is approved, your current plan and remaining subscription credits continue until the current paid period ends.

9. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and explains the applicable rules and calculation. In summary:

  • one-time credit packs are non-refundable;
  • monthly subscription payments are non-refundable;
  • canceling a monthly or annual subscription stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period; and
  • an annual subscription may qualify for a partial refund calculated from the unused proportion of its annual subscription credits and the net payment after non-refundable payment-processing fees.

These rules do not limit refunds, cancellation rights, or other remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or a failure to deliver purchased credits should be reported through support for investigation.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through Settings. Deletion signs you out, removes account-owned creations from active storage, revokes share links, and removes remaining credits and entitlements, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion does not cancel a charge already submitted and does not automatically request a refund. Cancel recurring billing and submit any eligible annual-refund request before deleting your account. We may retain de-identified or legally required payment, tax, fraud, security, and dispute records.

11. Our Service and Intellectual Property

The Service, software, interface, branding, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to our technology, trademarks, or content.

Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on AI, hosting, authentication, storage, email, and payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Their terms and privacy policies may apply when they process your information or payment.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay, submit a chargeback for a valid charge without first allowing us to investigate, or materially interfere with the Service.

Termination does not erase payment obligations incurred before termination. Sections concerning content rights, intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive where their nature requires it.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular warranty exclusions or liability limits. In those places, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase or reduce mandatory rights. Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms, billing, or an account should be submitted through the support channel available in your account. Do not include passwords or complete card details.
